Contract Associate in Equity Capital Markets

Richardson Wealth is looking for a Contract Associate in Equity Capital Markets. This position supports private placements and involves extensive collaboration with Investment Advisors and compliance teams.

This 12-month contract role places you at the heart of private placement processes, empowering you to manage details and build relationships effectively. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable seamless transaction execution and coordination. A solid background in financial services will enhance your application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee non-brokered private placements, ensuring smooth handling

• Assist in brokered financings by tracking and completing transactions

• Collaborate with internal teams on compliance with regulatory requirements

• Keep transaction records updated and accurately documented

• Conduct daily reconciliations and inventory management with Dataphile

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in financial services, with 2+ years in capital markets

• Familiarity with working with Investment Advisors required

• Strong organizational and accountability skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
