Desjardins’ Capital Markets’ ("DCM") Investment Banking Group is looking to add a real estate Analyst to its Toronto team. The real estate investment banking team is active within the public and private space, with involvement in several recent public marquee transactions.

• Assist in developing proposals to clients and potential clients for equity and debt placements, mergers, asset or company divestitures or acquisitions, and other financial products and advisory services
• Prepare financial modeling, mainly focusing on valuation work through comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and other metrics as appropriate
• Prepare Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and industry research
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering or other related fields OR Current enrollment or completion of the CFA program
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
