Position: Certn's Global Accounting Operations Lead
Join Certn as the Global Accounting Lead and play a crucial role in transforming financial operations. This hands-on position focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting and managing core accounting activities.

In this role, you will lead a team of accounting professionals while driving process improvements across Certn’s global operations. Collaborating closely with the Assistant Controller, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and enhance the reliability of financial data. Your leadership will drive accountability and growth within a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely month-end financial close

• Review and maintain account reconciliations

• Streamline accounts payable processes

• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting

• Manage accounting systems for data integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation required or in progress

• Expertise in GAAP and IFRS principles

• Advanced skills in Excel and accounting software

• Experience with financial statement preparation
