Reporting to the Finance Director, this position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of three years of related experience. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting payroll issues, processing payroll, entering personnel data, and monitoring departmental budgets. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and resolve related inquiries
• Prepare and enter journal entries accurately
• Monitor department budgets and expenditures
• Generate standardized financial reports routinely
• Verify HRIS transactions compliance with policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years in financial management
• Experience with payroll processing and troubleshooting
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and other applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
