Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern the tax strategy for Purpose Unlimited

• Manage tax compliance and planning across the organization

• Deliver tax advice for Asset Management Fund operations

• Lead diligence and structuring for M&A transactions

• Support client tax compliance across Wealth segments

Requirements:

• CPA designation with a focus on Canadian corporate tax

• Minimum 7 years in tax within financial services sphere

• Background in M&A tax structuring is beneficial

• Strong capability in complex tax governance

• Effective leadership and strategic insight skills
