This role involves supporting the underwriting of insurable risks related to corporate M&A transactions. You will negotiate agreements, draft policies, and conduct thorough background research. Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate confidentiality agreements and non-reliance letters

• Draft and review insurance policies and comments

• Conduct background research on transaction parties

• Analyze the role and value of insurance in transactions

• Prepare non-binding indication letters and binder agreements

Requirements:

• Law graduate preferred with M&A or insurance experience

• Strong understanding of financial institutions is a plus

• Ability to assess underlying risks effectively
