We are looking for a Private Equity Associate to enhance our Toronto investments team. In this role, you will utilize your 2 to 3 years of experience in investment analysis and execution. Strong skills in valuation and research will be crucial as you assist in shaping our investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis of industries and companies

• Perform valuation analysis for various investment opportunities

• Prepare financial models and industry overviews

• Execute due diligence on investments and management teams

• Monitor financial and operational aspects of portfolio investments

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant investment experience

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance

• CFA (or enrollment) and/or CA is a plus

• Strong skills in investment and valuation analysis

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
