Key Responsibilities:

• Provide actuarial analysis expertise and refine pricing assumptions

• Coach junior actuaries for enhanced team effectiveness

• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into pricing strategies

• Lead complex rate changes to ensure profitable growth

• Facilitate regulatory engagements and prepare necessary filings

Requirements:

• University degree in Actuarial Sciences or related field

• 7+ years in a P&C Actuarial role

• Advanced skills in Excel and programming (SQL, R, Python)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Autonomous with creative initiative in decision-making
