Position: Senior Support Analyst for PathWise Clients

In this critical role, you will directly report to the Director of Client Management. Your responsibilities include creating and managing client processes, overseeing operations on virtual private clouds for North American clients, and becoming an expert in Path Wise software. You will ensure timely management of client operational issues and produce essential monthly reports on system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and address operational issues in Path Wise

• Create detailed monthly client reports on system availability

• Support cloud operations related to client management

• Maintain insurance liability and financial asset models

• Facilitate client consultations to strengthen relationships

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field

• 2-3 years of quantitative analysis experience

• Strong Python programming skills

• Excellent communication skills for team interactions

• Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations
