Mortgage Underwriter at First National

Key Responsibilities:

• Render credit approval/decline decisions on applications

• Analyze employment, credit, and property information

• Negotiate loan terms to satisfy all parties

• Input detailed case information into the underwriting system

• Produce and issue mortgage commitments with conditions

Requirements:

• 2 years of mortgage underwriting experience

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong organizational skills for task management

• Attention to detail in all underwriting processes

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
