This role is tailored for candidates with a solid background in financial services. You’ll support senior members of the Equity Capital Markets team while efficiently coordinating with issuers, Investment Advisors, and legal counsel. Recognized for detail-oriented and proactive individuals, this position requires performing critical compliance checks and maintaining transaction records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-brokered private placements and settlements

• Support brokered financings and transaction completions

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline tracking

• Perform inventory management and reconciliations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of financial services experience

• At least 2 years in capital markets

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with Dataphile and NIAD is a plus
