Position: Financial Planning Manager at Home Equity Bank
Drive financial performance and strategic decision-making with Home Equity Bank as a Financial Planning Manager. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support our commitment to homeowners 55 and up.

As a crucial member of the finance team, the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will partner with the Director and VP of FP&A to elevate the bank’s financial strategy. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, directly impacting our operations. The ideal candidate brings experience in the banking sector and a deep understanding of financial modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual budget development with cross-functional teams

• Analyze profitability trends and support budgetary decisions

• Prepare operational metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards

• Develop financial forecasts comparing projected results against budgets

• Support tax compliance and ensure timely filings

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred

• Proficiency in SQL and Power

BI for data analysis

• Strong presentation skills for senior-level reports

• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
