Our client, a leading organization within Canada’s financial services sector, is looking for a Skip Tracing Specialist to join their growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting recovery and collections efforts by locating hard-to-reach individuals and associated assets, directly impacting business performance and customer outcomes.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive results, improve processes, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Your Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day skip tracing function, ensuring consistent execution and strong recovery outcomes
Analyze account information and use various tools and databases to locate individuals and assets
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving recovery targets
Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase contact success and recovery rates
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support effective recovery strategies
Ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards, supporting audits and reporting as needed
Skills and Qualifications
1+ years of experience in skip tracing, collections, or asset recovery
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with performance metrics and contribute to achieving operational targets
Familiarity with skip tracing tools, databases, and investigative techniques is an asset
Working knowledge of consumer protection, privacy, and collections regulations
