In this integral role, you will join Desjardins’ Capital Markets Investment Banking Group, engaging in transactions that shape the real estate sector. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive financial models and performing rigorous industry research. You will contribute to client meetings by creating persuasive presentation materials that encapsulate key findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support in the development of financial service proposals
• Execute financial modeling for asset valuations
• Conduct thorough industry research and data analysis
• Compile presentation materials for client interactions
• Monitor market trends relevant to real estate investments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or related fields required
• CFA program enrollment or completion preferred
• Other relevant qualifications can be considered
• Proven analytical and research abilities
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team
