As a new Associate in the Private Capital team, your role is vital in evaluating investments and executing transactions across sectors like Financial Services, Services, and Technology. You'll be involved in managing advisors, building financial models, and preparing internal support materials for the Investment Committee while ensuring comprehensive analysis during due diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and build financial models
• Manage relationships with third-party advisors and partners
• Conduct market research to develop investment theses
• Attend board meetings and assist in strategic initiatives
• Support portfolio management and operational improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in private equity or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills with a finance-related degree
• Experience in financial modeling and due diligence
• Knowledge of Financial Services or Technology sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
