Your role will encompass the complete Procure-to-Pay cycle, ensuring smooth budget monitoring and supplier payment processes. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you will guarantee compliance and reliability in financial management, enhancing both internal and external supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor budget commitments, expenses, and reports
• Handle quotes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
• Coordinate payments with global Finance teams
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies with suppliers
• Manage post-event hotel invoicing processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field
• 4 to 6 years in operational finance/budget management
• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes
• Proficient in Excel; experience with financial tools
• Fluent in English and French
Utilize your analytical skills to drive financial processes within our luxury team.
