Advance your finance career as a Finance Clerk with a focus on Adagio accounting systems. This permanent full-time role supports invoice processing and cheque distribution in a collaborative environment.

As a Finance Clerk reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage the processing of bills and reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with approval limits and documentation protocols.

Your role includes keeping accurate financial records, preparing program cheques, and supporting audit procedures. Ideal candidates will demonstrate attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly bills and Med Trans reimbursements

• Maintain cheque issuance logs and delivery protocols

• Review vendor payments for direct withdrawal options

• Input financial documents into Adagio for monthly accounting

• Assist with audit preparation by organizing invoices

Requirements:

• Certificate in finance or related field with 1 year experience

• Familiarity with Indigenous organizations is an asset

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Recent Criminal Record Check required
