As a Fulfillment Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation for various commercial loan operations. You'll coordinate with both internal and external partners to help facilitate the closing activities, complying with regulatory standards.
Your role will include tracking construction advances and managing internal data entry within the loan management system, enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up digital files and maintain documentation standards
• Review key documents for accuracy before loan processing
• Onboard new mortgage files into the internal system
• Ensure compliance for advances on construction loans
• Handle additional operational tasks when assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
• At least 2 years’ experience in Finance or related areas
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks independently
