Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide critical support for shared services, focusing on financial discipline and strategic analysis across Finance, HR, and Legal functions. This position allows you to counsel corporate leadership by analyzing variances and advising on operational financial impacts. You'll be integral to delivering insights that enable growth and effectiveness in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive variance analysis and reporting
• Identify risks and opportunities in financial performance
• Develop business cases and assist with financial modeling
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting processes
• Prepare key journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years in finance or FP&A roles
• Degree in business, engineering, or science fields
• Proficient analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication with stakeholders
• CPA or CFA preferred
