Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance team on healthcare and credit strategies
• Navigate complex fund structures and ensure compliance
• Oversee financial statements and investor reporting accuracy
• Plan and review capital calls, distributions, and more
• Manage relationships with service providers and auditors
Requirements:
• 10+ years in fund operations management
• Experience in asset management with regulatory exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• CA/CPA preferred
• Proven team leadership and communication skills
