Drive profitability and insights as a Commercial Finance Manager, partnering with Growth, Product, and Commercial teams. Leverage your financial acumen to enhance decision quality and impact.
In this role, you will act as a key finance partner, analyzing pipeline performance and providing insights that drive profitable growth. With at least 4-5 years of experience and a CPA/CA preferred, your expertise in financial services and advanced Excel skills will be crucial. You will manage budgets, track revenues, and ensure alignment across financial plans and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as finance partner to growth and commercial teams
• Analyze client profitability and key margin drivers
• Manage growth budgets and pipeline tracking
• Provide insights on deals, pricing, and sales performance
• Deliver clear reporting to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
• CPA/CA preferred with 4-5 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent business partnering with cross-functional teams
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel expertise
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
