Position: Controller Role in Global CRO
Take the helm as Controller of a renowned CRO, working remotely in Canada. Elevate financial reporting and compliance practices while fostering a cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the CFO, this position focuses on optimizing financial operations within a global context. You will manage a diverse team, driving the finance function towards automation and improved accuracy. This role also emphasizes building bridges between finance and clinical operations while standardizing processes across subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial closing processes across all subsidiaries

• Supervise Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Accounting functions

• Enhance cash flow monitoring and intercompany transaction accuracy

• Lead automation initiatives within the finance function

• Build operational bridges between finance and clinical teams

Requirements:

• CPA designation with 10+ years of experience in finance

• Significant experience in ERP or systems implementation

• Background in international multi-entity accounting

• Strong leadership skills for team development

• Knowledge of evolving accounting standards
