Become an integral part of Deal Maker as an AR and Finance Operations Associate, focusing on automation and finance process enhancements. This role is vital for streamlining finance operations across our growing platform.

You will be responsible for the daily management of accounts receivable and support expense controls while also working on banking activities. Your position will evolve to include supervisory tasks over automated workflows, allowing you to impact finance operations significantly as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle deal setup and daily cash application tasks

• Administer AR reminder and invoicing workflows

• Process billing inquiries and ensure AR follow-ups

• Assist with daily bank transactions and journal entry posting

• Train to supervise AR and expense workflows

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in finance operations or accounting

• Direct experience with AR/collections

• Comfort with cloud finance tools such as Net Suite

• Detail-oriented and system-focused

• CPA in progress is an advantage
