Shape the future of finance at RBC as the ERP Director for Finance Modernization. This leadership role requires expertise in accounting processes and data-driven decision-making.
In the Global Functions Technology division, you will spearhead initiatives to streamline finance operations and integrate modern ERP systems. Collaborating with senior leadership is essential, focusing on delivering high-performing applications that reduce operational risks and enhance stakeholder experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the definition of core accounting and regulatory processes
• Ensure integration of data platforms with accounting applications
• Coach a team of business analysts for successful implementations

Requirements:
