Position: Retirement Solutions Consultant Life
Join Canada Life as an Investment and Retirement Consultant, helping members navigate their retirement journey and ensuring optimal asset retention. Your expertise will make a significant impact.

Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will work directly with plan members approaching retirement or leaving their employment.

Your role focuses on enhancing member experiences with a deep understanding of savings and investment options, engaging in proactive outreach, and identifying opportunities to consolidate assets. You’ll be responsible for conducting personalized consultations, both virtual and in person, while collaborating closely with the Investment & Retirement Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer experiences in all interactions

• Contact retiring and terminated members proactively

• Evaluate member situations for comprehensive retirement solutions

• Hold one-on-one discussions with plan members

• Engage in client meetings and presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years retirement products experience

• LLQP life license required

• CFP or PFP designation is a plus

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

• Exceptional communication and detail orientation
