In this essential role, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and lead the financial reporting function. Your responsibilities will include managing the financial close cycle and preparing key financial statements. With your extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional environments, you will address complex transactions and rejuvenate financial foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes

• Lead preparation of financial statements and MD&A

• Serve as technical expert for non-routine accounting

• Strengthen partnerships with auditors for operational integrity

• Drive ERP standardization and financial data accuracy

Requirements:

• 10+ years of finance experience, 5+ years in leadership

• Strong background in multi-site financial reporting

• Proven track record in ERP management

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial systems

• People-first leadership with a focus on team success
