Drive investment portfolio optimization with TD Securities in Toronto as the Vice President of Principal Investments. Lead critical governance and capital management initiatives across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a finance leadership role
• Preferably 1-2 years in investment oversight
• Expertise in data modeling and treasury management
• Strong communication skills with senior-level influence
• Ability to transform regulatory requirements into governance policies
