Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Sales and Operations

• Translate financial data into actionable insights

• Lead strategic financial initiatives with P&L impact

• Coach team members on effective communication practices

• Develop predictive models and scenario planning tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, MBA or CPA preferred

• 8-12 years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Experience with financial modeling and BI tools

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
