Your role as Director will involve transaction execution, client advisement, and junior staff mentorship.
In this position, you'll oversee complex M&A mandates, providing vital guidance to private business owners throughout the negotiation process. As a key player in RBC's Corporate Client Group, your expertise will enhance team collaboration and client interactions. Your responsibilities will include project management and maintaining high standards across financial, legal, and tax domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in originating and winning M&A mandates
• Guide clients through M&A negotiation processes
• Collaborate with different banking sectors for opportunities
• Ensure high-quality deliverables in transactions
• Mentor and cultivate junior team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in M&A for private companies
• Strong understanding of M&A-related financial principles
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage transactions independently
• Willingness to travel as needed
