Position: Real Estate Asset Management Analyst Role

In this crucial position, you will report to the Vice President, coordinating with team members across Toronto and Vancouver. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the full valuation cycle, managing leasing software, and engaging in detailed financial analyses to support asset management for over $10 billion in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee valuation cycle and coordinate appraisals

• Manage leasing software for the portfolio

• Conduct financial analyses of property investments

• Provide lease abstraction and administration

• Monitor financial reports against asset performance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of real estate experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related

• Experienced in financial modeling and cash flow analysis

• Knowledge of Yardi and Argus is advantageous

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
