In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and assist in managing payroll operations while ensuring compliance with financial policies. A Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of three years’ experience in finance and payroll management are essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and address inquiries from staff
• Handle journal entries with a keen eye for accuracy
• Maintain HRIS and payroll records completely
• Regularly generate financial reports for departments
• Liaise to resolve payroll and accounting issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting or relevant experience
• At least three years in financial management roles
• Expertise in payroll processing and budget oversight
• Familiarity with HRIS and financial systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
