Intact is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to tackle complex challenges and improve processes. You will independently manage significant projects in rate making, reinsurance, and reserving while leading your team towards success. This role demands strong analytical abilities, stellar communication skills, and proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex actuarial problems with your expertise

• Drive process improvement and substantial recommendations

• Guide team priorities and coach colleagues effectively

• Share analysis conclusions with stakeholders promptly

• Execute strategic projects in diverse areas of actuarial practice

Requirements:

• 3+ years of actuarial experience in P&C insurance

• University Degree or equivalent education

• Specialized certifications in Mathematics and Actuarial preferred

• Knowledge of Python, VBA, R or SAS

• Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship
