BMO Financial Group is looking for a Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in the wind-down of the CEBA program through mid-May 2027. Bring your subject matter expertise to enhance project management activities.
This temporary assignment involves investigating inquiries, managing the CEBA email channel, and contributing to project design and execution. You will need to understand various systems and reporting needs while developing solutions to strategic issues. Effective communication with stakeholders will be key as you provide insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEBA email communications and respond to inquiries
• Analyze substantial requests and summarize findings
• Conduct daily briefings with the CEBA Manager
• Design and generate regular reports for stakeholders
• Contribute to the enhancement of established procedures
Requirements:
• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a related degree
• In-depth problem-solving and analytical skills required
• Comprehensive understanding of risk and regulatory needs
• Working knowledge of project management practices
• Strong influence and communication skills necessary
