Us Multifamily Asset Management Associate

Step into an Associate role at Greybrook, managing US Multifamily assets. This position emphasizes your finance expertise, analytical skills, and cooperative approach to enhance portfolio performance.
The Associate in Asset Management will report to the Vice President and focus on the oversight and performance of a multifamily portfolio. You will conduct financial analyses, monitor KPIs, and assist in the financing and disposition of assets throughout their investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities   Evaluate investment performance with detailed financial analysis
Analyze KPIs including occupancy and rent growth
Update portfolio cash flow forecasts for planning
Work closely with property management teams
Prepare financial reports for lenders and consultants
Requirements   Three years of asset management or investment experience
Degree in finance, accounting, or real estate
Proficient in Excel and Power Point
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to travel occasionally to the US
