Position: Asset Management Associate for US Multifamily
Join Greybrook Realty Partners as an Associate in Asset Management focusing on the US multifamily portfolio. Leverage your finance and real estate skills to monitor performance and drive strategic initiatives.

This role reports to the Vice President of Asset Management, helping oversee and manage multifamily assets across the US. You will perform complex financial analyses, track KPIs like occupancy and NOI, and work closely with property management teams. This position is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in real estate investments or asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial analyses on investment performance

• Monitor occupancy, rent growth, and asset-level KPIs

• Maintain cash flow forecasts for portfolio liquidity

• Collaborate with property management teams on execution

• Prepare financial packages for asset financing and disposition

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or real estate

• Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or real estate

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Ability to travel occasionally to the US
