Financial Accountant - APAC Focus

This role within Advantage's global finance team is dedicated to delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring compliance. You will report to the Finance Manager while managing multiple jurisdictions and contributing to financial reporting excellence. Ideal candidates have a solid foundation in accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to support operational finance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end journal entries and payroll-related entries

• Perform timely balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare financial reporting packages for multiple entities

• Coordinate with external tax advisors for compliance

• Contribute to year-end audit readiness

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in relevant accounting positions

• Experience with multi-currency environments

• Proficiency in accounting software like Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
