We seek a skilled Finance Business Partner with over five years of FP&A experience. You will partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights and forecasts while managing annual budgets for P&L areas. Your expertise in financial modeling will guide vital business decisions and highlight risks and opportunities consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance reporting
• Lead annual budget and quarterly reforecasting processes
• Build and maintain financial models for decision support
• Translate complex data into actionable insights
• Monitor KPIs; flag risks and opportunities against forecasts
Requirements:
• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with planning tools like Vena or Anaplan
