Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Compliance Managers in multiple RBC DS branches
• Address and resolve client complaints and inquiries
• Represent compliance during regulatory changes
• Manage compliance monitoring and audit processes
• Provide compliance training on regulatory obligations
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in compliance or financial services
• Proven conflict management and negotiation skills
• Strong project management and strategic capabilities
• University degree in finance, economics, or law
• Excellent written and public speaking skills
