Position: Global Portfolio Tax Manager Role
Join a dynamic finance team as a Portfolio Tax Manager, overseeing global tax compliance across software businesses. This newly created position provides exposure to international tax matters and M&A support.

Reporting to the Portfolio CFO, you will partner with U.S. and international finance teams and advisors. Your responsibilities will include guiding tax compliance, managing tax diligence for acquisitions, and advising on international tax and transfer pricing. You will influence tax-efficient outcomes to support the expansion of a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global tax compliance for U.S. and international jurisdictions

• Support M&A activities with tax diligence and integration

• Advise on legal structuring and transfer pricing matters

• Liaise with external tax advisors during global audits

• Collaborate with finance teams to provide business-oriented tax guidance

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent international designation

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• 6+ years in global tax compliance or international roles

• Experience with M&A transactions and tax diligence

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
