Senior Internal Auditor

Position: Senior Internal Auditor in Greater
Elevate your auditing career as a Senior Internal Auditor in the Greater Toronto Area with a large Canadian organization. You'll partner with senior leadership while driving operational and compliance improvements four days a week in-office.

This role, reporting to Internal Audit leadership, blends traditional audit functions with operational reviews and advisory projects. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you’ll engage in operational, financial, and compliance reviews across various business functions. Ideal for curious and resilient professionals, this position promotes continuous learning in a high-performance atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in various operational and financial audits

• Assess internal controls and risk management practices

• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

• Prepare documentation and summarize audit findings

• Support NI 52-109 compliance and controls testing

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years in Big 4 audit or assurance

• CPA designation completed or in progress

• Internal audit experience preferred

• Familiar with SOX and ICFR frameworks

• Strong analytical and communication skills
