Position: Internship in Finance Operations at Haventree Bank
Build your finance skills with a Summer Internship at Haventree Bank. Work closely with the Finance Reporting & Accounting team to support important operational tasks and documentation.

This internship offers the chance to contribute to activities that facilitate lending and brokered deposits. Reporting to the Manager of Finance Operations, you will manage essential finance tasks such as bank reconciliation preparation and invoice tracking. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bank reconciliations and identify transaction variances

• Manage accounts payable, including invoice and vendor reviews

• Create journal entry templates for supervisor approval

• Post entries in the accounting system based on management's guidance

• Support month-end reporting and closing activities

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a university Accounting degree program

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Highly organized with effective time management skills

• Team-oriented, working under supervision
