Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the financial sector

• Oversee complex M&A and financing assignments from inception to completion

• Direct research initiatives for competitive and industry analyses

• Review financial documents and models ensuring accuracy

• Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with CPA, CA, or CFA designation

• At least 8 years in financial markets or investment banking

• Extensive knowledge of equity and debt structuring

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Licensed by U.S. Broker Dealer and Canadian Securities Institute
