This essential role involves managing requests from complex institutional clients while providing specialized support in treasury and payment transactions. You will coordinate effectively with various internal teams, ensuring precise execution of client needs across different regions and payment types.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries regarding cross-border payments and cash management
• Support time-sensitive payment flows under high pressure
• Coordinate operational issues with technology and compliance teams
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all servicing activities
• Actively contribute to process enhancements in client servicing
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Treasury or Capital Markets
• Strong grasp of high-value payments and compliance regulations
• Experience in a pooled servicing model preferred
• Excellent communication and escalation skills
• Familiar with treasury service platforms and case management
