This senior, client-facing role involves extensive collaboration with CFOs and FP&A leaders to design effective financial workflows. With over 7 years in FP&A, you will lead sessions that refine budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Your goal is to ensure that solutions not only get built but achieve full client adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary finance advisor during onboarding

• Lead working sessions with finance executives

• Design revenue models and workforce planning solutions

• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders

• Build trust and manage client expectations effectively

Requirements:

• 7+ years in FP&A or finance consulting

• Direct experience with CFOs and senior leaders

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills

• Familiarity with FP&A software or ERPs

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance or a related field
