Position: Senior Consultant for Valuations at MNP

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will be engaged with clients on various business disputes, applying your skills in financial modeling and valuations to deliver reliable advice. With 3 to 4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, you will build cash flow models, conduct financial research, and prepare reports that summarize findings. This role empowers you to influence strategic decisions

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute valuations for financial reporting and disputes

• Participate in business and intellectual property valuations

• Interact with clients and stakeholders effectively

• Conduct market research for valuation multiples

• Prepare professional reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business with finance specialization

• CPA or CFA designation; pursuing CBV designation

• 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Commitment to maintaining client service excellence
