As part of the innovative Global Banking and Markets team, you'll contribute to the success of the Global Securitization group. This entry-level role requires a blend of financial analysis and project coordination, focusing on deal execution and compliance. Working collaboratively, you'll develop client relationships while gaining valuable industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a client-focused culture in all interactions
• Support ABS lead engagements and coordinate legal aspects
• Manage securitization financing and documentation transitions
• Track and update transaction terms with internal partners
• Review asset performance trends and conduct due diligence meetings
Requirements:
• Knowledge of securitization fundamentals, auto or mortgage experience preferred
• Degree in Business or related field, MBA/CPA/CFA is beneficial
• Banking experience in Corporate or Commercial lending
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Python
• Strong commitment to teamwork and communication skills
