Key Responsibilities:

• Drive North America Monthly Flash and M  governance

• Oversee monthly forecasting and variance analysis

• Lead the delivery of budgets and multi-year planning

• Generate analytical insights on financial performance

• Coach and mentor the FP&A team for success

Requirements:

• Significant FP&A experience in finance leadership

• Expertise in analytical and forecasting tools

• Clear and effective insights communication

• Experience with financial systems and reporting

• Strong understanding of treasury and cashflow processes
