Corporate Finance Analyst at CTC

Enhance financial strategies as a Corporate Finance Analyst duct in-depth analysis of acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic projects to drive value creation and performance metrics.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting investment initiatives while developing expertise in Total Shareholder Return (TSR) metrics. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the TSR model, consolidating financial insights with key corporate groups, and crafting detailed financial analyses for upper management. You will also refine enterprise-level hurdle rate estimations and provide projections for significant business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze potential acquisitions and their financial impact

• Monitor and update the Total Shareholder Return model

• Collaborate with business units on performance metrics

• Develop financial models for decision-making

• Support capital allocation planning including dividends

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or related field

• 2-3 years in a finance or analytical role

• Strong knowledge of financial statements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
