LocationFin Dev Canada headquarters is in downtown Montreal. For the right candidate, Ottawa or Toronto will be considered, with the flexibility to work under a hybrid model, with a current requirement of three in‑office days per week (subject to change).

Salaries typically range from $112,006 – $168,009 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance‑based incentive. - Investments 20:

- Lead and Innovate:
Lead the design and implementation of risk‑sharing mechanisms, including unfunded credit protection products and insurance solutions. Lead the development of mobilization products and strategy to support key sectors such as infrastructure, agribusiness and financial intermediaries. - Excellence in Underwriting:
Structure and negotiate risk‑sharing agreements to enhance the risk‑return profile of transactions. Lead syndication and co‑financing efforts, including pricing analysis, investor presentations, and deal documentation. Provide advice to the investment teams to structure transactions that are attractive to co‑investors and aligned with market standards. - Partnership Development:
Collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders and financing partners to facilitate private sector investment in emerging markets. Monitor market trends and investor appetite to inform mobilization strategies and product offerings. - Leadership and Guidance:
Contribute to the development and implementation of a long‑term strategy for Fin Dev Canada's mobilization activities. Coach and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with risk management and legal teams to ensure appropriate due diligence, documentation, and compliance in risk transfer operations. Monitor the performance and impact of risk‑sharing instruments and integrate lessons learned into future structuring efforts. Track mobilization metrics and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Capacity Building:
Actively support capacity building and knowledge sharing to internal stakeholders on mobilization activities, enhancing their skills and knowledge to support our mission. Support knowledge sharing with external parties. - External Engagement:
