Finance Manager - Funds

The Finance Manager will oversee all administration aspects of the client’s fund operations. Working closely with the Director of Fund Administration & Reporting, finance managers, and investment professionals, this role requires a CPA designation and proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel. You'll manage everything from timely financial reporting to investor inquiries, ensuring optimal fund performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer fund’s credit facility and handle investor relations

• Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages and maintain ledgers

• Collaborate on investment valuations according to ASPE

• Organize and plan annual audit for partnerships

• Assist in tax planning and preparation for annual filings

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Proficient in MS Office and Investran

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset to address financial issues

• Must reside in Greater Toronto Area
